As a business scaler, she has expertise in business partnerships, human resources, market entry, and business structuring in Southeast Asia. She also co-founded a fashion brand, SHINE APART, which specialises in loud outerwear stylish yet professional pieces. Jeslin is also the Director of Global Strategic Partners (Singapore), where talents are placed to jobs after intensive in-house training.

Being trained in operations and organisation management, Jeslin also conducts deep analytical dives into target subject matter, both internally and externally. Her responsibilities also include formulating frameworks and business tools to provide objective and innovative solutions to the clientele and business development.

Dr. Hank Huang (Speaker)

​Dr. Hank Huang is the Director of "Venture Lab Program" and "Center of Industry Accelerator and Patent Strategy" (IAPS) IAPS operates university business Accelerator program and facilitates 750+ startups and lab techs. Each year under IAPS programs cohorts raise ~10-11 million USD.

​IAPS is responsible for a national accelerator program which facilitates services in mentoring, funding, and global business networks. Dr. Hank is also a Professor that have over 20 years of experiences in wireless systems designs, especially in radio (wireless) resource management and MAC.

Mr. Monmanus Tadamnuaychai (Speaker)

President, IR4 Malaysia

​Monmanus Tadamnuaychai is House of M's CEO. House of M's devotion to sustainability has helped every industry. Monmanus Tadamnuaychai aspires to improve the world's opportunities by bringing sustainability into every aspect of daily living. He also oversees their crew, ensuring productivity and optimizes bringing sustainability into any sector.

To reduce waste and CO2, Monmanus Tadamnuaychai funded and built an e-commerce platform for the sharing economy. He provided financial support for green energy and GHG emission reductions or removals. He also aims to create a platform for the young generation to make money by creating content and making it public on the platform.

​Paddy Tan (Speaker)

Managing Partner, BlackStorm Consulting

Paddy advises business leaders on strategic planning, rapid scaling, growth and positioning, helping them increase profitability and pivot their businesses to gain a competitive advantage in their respective industries. Paddy was the technical founder of a mobile security software startup, which he sold it in 2011 after 6 years of operating. His vast experience (>20 years) working with startups, government authorities and deal makers have made him the go-to person for fixing and solving challenges in the IoT, FinTech, Education, and Platform ecosystems.

​Paddy is also known in the industry as a Fixer, leading a team to solve complex challenges within a 100 days’ timeframe.
