As a consultant, Jeslin conducts deep analytical dives into target subject matter, both internally and externally. Her responsibilities also include formulating frameworks and business tools to provide objective and innovative solutions to the clientele, mentees of various startup accelerator programmes and internal business development of her organisations.

Paddy was the technical founder of a mobile security software startup, which he sold it in 2011 after 6 years of operating.
