Chia Ching is the Regional Marketing Manager at Zoho Corporation. Zoho's software spans more than 50+ apps in nearly every major business category, including sales, marketing, customer support, accounting and back-office operations, and an array of productivity and collaboration tools, enabling companies to transform the way they work.

​​Based in Singapore, Chia Ching helps businesses to implement services and plan projects effectively. He has also appeared on numerous digital panellist sessions, advocating the importance of customer experience and digitalisation, and how software solutions remain at the forefront of many recent digital implementation.

Jeslin Bay (Speaker)

​Jeslin Bay is the Managing Partner of BlackStorm Consulting. As a business scaler, she has expertise in business partnerships, human resources, market-entry, and business structuring in Southeast Asia. She also co-founded a fashion brand, SHINE APART, which specialises in loud outerwear stylish yet professional pieces. Jeslin is also a Director of Global Strategic Partners that provides premium Talent-as-a-service solutions to business owners and teams.

​As a consultant, Jeslin conducts deep analytical dives into target subject matter, both internally and externally. Her responsibilities also include formulating frameworks and business tools to provide objective and innovative solutions to the clientele, mentees of various startup accelerator programmes and internal business development of her organisations.

Paddy Tan (Speaker)

Managing Partner, Blackstorm Consulting
Paddy advises business leaders on strategic planning, rapid scaling, growth and positioning, helping them increase profitability and pivot their businesses to gain a competitive advantage in their respective industries. Paddy was the technical founder of a mobile security software startup, which he sold it in 2011 after 6 years of operating. His vast experience (>20 years) working with startups, government authorities and deal makers have made him the go-to person for fixing and solving challenges in the IoT, FinTech, Education, and Platform ecosystems.

​Paddy is also known in the industry as a Fixer, leading a team to solve complex challenges within a 100 days’ timeframe.

Rajasekaran Teagarajan (Speaker)

President, IR4 Malaysia

​VKK Rajasekaran Teagarajan is the Managing Director for VKK Diversified Holdings Sdn Bhd, family company with interest in Diversified fields such as Hospitality, Properties, Palm Oil Plantation and Textiles.

​He was involved in a start up company called EBQuestGlobal Services S/B, which was involved in E-Business Corporate Training and Distribution of EC-Council programs to various countries namely Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Philippines and India.

​Rajasekaran has promoted Entrepreneurship among youth aged between 25 and 40 of age by organizing seminars, forums and exhibitions and enhancing network among peers. He is also the founder of the Malaysian Association of Asean Young Entrepreneurs or MAAYE, and successfully organized the 1st Malaysian Asean Young Entrepreneurs Forum 2015 with collaboration with Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and ASEAN Business Advisory Council.

​He is heading the Industry 4.0 Association Malaysia where advancement, promotion and implementation of the Fourth Revolution programs for the country’s blueprint is being conducted.

Peter Ho (Speaker)

Managing Partner, Quotient

​Peter Ho is the Managing Partner & Head of SEA Business Strategy for Quocent Sdn Bhd. He is also World Consumers’ Protection Chamber of Commerce Vice President & Head of Strategy. Peter has over 25 years’ experience with established C Level Engagement, Strategy, Program Development & Account Management both Retail and Enterprise Business. Peter also has experience in Telco, Channel Management, Fintech and Customer Experience.
