Simon Antrobus is the Co-Founder and CEO, Aisa of Voyse.io. He has extensive strategic TA/HR experience across Europe and Southeast Asia in digital & cultural transformation as well as helping organizations establish a servant leadership mindset. Simon developed his entrepreneurial qualities by building, coaching and mentoring highly capable teams and growing successful start-up companies, inside and out of the digital domain.
He also has a deep knowledge in developing TA/HR frameworks to drive digital transformation through candidate and employee experience, breaking group-think and changing leadership mindsets to create inclusive and diverse cultures.
Coach Murphy Lum founded People Coaching Works SB (PCW) in 2003. He was also awarded the Certified Master Coach credentials by Behavioural Coaching Institute, Sydney, Australia. His expertise was sought after in South East Asia as well as in the Middle East for leadership talent development work. The client list includes category leading multinational companies, nation-leading government-linked companies and blue-chip public listed companies.
Coach Murphy has successfully delivered countless leadership talent development projects that covered the following industries: Automotive, aviation, building materials, construction, educational institutions, financial institutions, industrial automation, information technology, oil& gas, property development, telecommunication, toll & highways. In 2013, he introduced a state-of-the-art product, known as Gamified Leadership Assessment and Development (GLAD) to the largest government-linked company in Malaysia.
